I found out that u need to download the 64-bit java in order not to crash the game

I know this is not about commands or redstone but I just need some help
My Minecraft literally crashes like every minute. I will show u how many crashes I have for playing Minecraft for just 20 mins.
About like 20 crashes. Pls help if u guys have any ideas
