I have used ProjectE before and this setup looks correct, but I believe whatever is causing the "ReflectiveOperationException" is not in Java 6, you should try using Java 7 or 8.

Nothing Is Working

Your log says at the bottom that you are using Java 6 that Apple provides: "Java Version: 1.6.0_65, Apple Inc."

Only way I would know to fix that is to click "Edit profile" in the launcher and change the "Executable" path. I don't know how to make Macs default to a different Java.
