So, I've installed Forge so that I could use World Edit. I've done everything correctly, I know because I've uninstalled and done it over and over again, with multiple tutorials. I downloaded World Edit and put the .jar file in the mods folder, like I'm supposed to. I open Minecraft using the forge profile, like I'm supposed to. It pulls up correctly with the edited GUI. However, when I go into the Mods pane, it doesn't show World Edit, just the three base mods that come with it.
If you have any idea what is going wrong, I would greatly appreciate your help.
try using //wand inside singleplayer. if WorldEdit is installed, it will work. otherwise, you have a problem. not showing up in the mods list might just mean it doesn't load the same way as normal mods.

Curse PremiumI downloaded the newest version of forge (not the recommended one) for 1.10.2 (.2064)
Then downloaded the 1.9.4 version of WorldEdit, (because there is not a 1.10.2 version)
And it appeared in the mods list.
However the mod may not act right or malfunction. I don't know... haven't used world edit.
The 3rd party stuff I have is:
mcedit
amidst
forge
mcrayfish model creator
techne
mcedit can do some neat stuff, there's also another one with a paint brush I seem to have forgotten the name of right now.
Folder you are putting the mod in is named "mods" inside of the .minecraft folder, right?
Other than that, no other ideas I have, it showed up on my mods list. So, that's gotta' work.
