Hello,
My friends are trying to install a modpack I created. They both use Macs. One friend was perfectly fine installing the mods. My other friend, however, installed the mods, put them in his mod folder, ran Minecraft using the correct profile, and yet, on the main title page, although there is a Mods tab, he clicks it, and it doesn't say that any mods are installed. When he loads a world, it is no different than Vanilla Minecraft. I am personally a seasoned mod-installer, but I can't seem to find his problem. He has the correct forge installed, he has the mods in the correct place, he runs the correct profile, but he is still unable to use any of the mods. Please help!

Can somebody please help? It's my best friend who can't join, and he moved half way across the country! This is the best way we can hang out! Please! Help!

Are you sure your friend installed them right? Like unpacking archives after downloading? I would also try resetting FML configs.
Post the launcher log please.
How do you restart FML?
