So a couple weeks back I was playing on Cube Craft on a Vanilla 1.9 Client when my right click started bugging out and and not working. I tried pulling back my bow but it would start swinging it and then a couple seconds later it would pull back the arrow and shoot randomly. It would also break blocks when right clicking. I went into the settings and reset them and I still had the problem. I then tried to do it manually and when i clicked my right click(Button 2) as the Use Item button it registered as my left click(Button 1). So it was mistaking my right click as my left click, then I kept doing it and every so often it would finally put it as the right click(Button 1). Please this is very frustrating to deal with and I haven't found a solution to this yet. If it helps I am on a ASUS Windows 10 PC(Not Laptop) Using a wired mouse. Thank You!
There is nothing wrong with my mouse as far as what I know. Everything with my mouse works for EVERYTHING but minecraft with the right click. I reset all my mouse stuff and reconfigured everything to my liking and it still won't work
Update: I've been messing around with the controls on Minecraft for a bit and I found that if I click both of the mouse buttons it will reliably right click. I guess I could figure out a way to play with just clicking both buttons for right click but that is completely unnecessary. Please I have yet to find a fix to this problem.

Curse PremiumMake sure there is no internal damage to the mouse, then check your keybindings to see if you changed anything.
Former everything.
