I have Pixelmon 4.2.7 on MC version 1.8.9 and whenever I play after a few minutes of gameplay the Pokemon models bug out and some stretch and sometimes go invisible. Everytime I have to restart Pixelmon completely to fix it for a few minutes before it happens again. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
I've been having the same problem, but I can't figure out what's wrong, what version of forge are you using? I think that might have a factor in it, but it's a really weird glitch and it's pretty annoying. I took a couple screenshots. It happens to the trainers and shopkeepers for me and some of the pokemon.
