I really have no idea what you're saying besides you can't find a bin in your .minecraft folder.
Anyway, to answer that, ever since 1.6 (I think) Minecraft no longer uses a bin folder because of changes in the way stuff works (and the new launcher I think). So yeha. Those videos you are watching are either for ancient Minecraft versions, or they played when Minecraft still used the bin folder and they just didn't delete it.
If you are having issues with your Minecraft installation, just delete the whole game folder and all and reinstall from the website. Make sure to backup your game saves beforehand.
.minecraft should have a bin folder as I saw many YouTubers have it.
But why,my minecraft doesn't have a bin folder.Even I remove the whole .minecraft
Besides,my Minecraft seems to have missing some sounds
Like player got hurt and some BGM
I swear I have turn on all sounds,
It just works weird.
I can't even find my default resource pack while I am using it lol
