Hello!
So I have been trying to play some modded survival with only Industrial Craft 2 and JEI (something like NEI) mods.
But whenever I to play minecraft it fails to launch even before it says "Mojang".
It doesn't crash, there is not crash report and I checked versions file and it didn't have any jar file in it's version file, only .json one.
I know it's a bit vague, but I'm no story writer.
OK, run the basics:
1. Did MC install and run correctly?
2. Did Forge install correctly?
3. Did you create a world with just Forge first?
4. Did you download the proper versions of the mods (1.8.9)?
5. Did you copy the mods into the mods folder?
6. Did your create a separate Profile (and Game Directory folders) for MC 1.8.9 (to avoid mixing versions)?
7. Is Java updated (including 64 bit if applicable)?
8. Are your graphics drivers updated (not from Win Update)?
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
Thank you so much, it turned out that I didn't have IC2 1.8+ version installed.
