Here's what happened. I changed the settings in my minecraft launcher to run 1.2.0 alpha just to see what it was like, but then I changed back to 1.10 and now the old minecraft music is trying to play over the new music and it's really annoying! I tried turning off all the sounds try and stop it but it wouldn't work. The only way could get the music to turn down was to set the master volume to 0% Does anyone know how to fix this sound glitch? Also google chrome broke so I have to type this using Internet explorer! HELP!!

Try this. Get to your .minecraft folder (press Here for how to do that) and go to versions, then find the 1.2.0 alpha version and delete the folder.
If you want you could also add going into your minecraft launcher, clicking on "Edit Profile",
and unchecking "Allow use of old "Alpha" Minecraft versions (From 2010)"
