Actually, its not your RAM, its your Java installation.

Try updating it to a newer version or downgrading it to Java 7.

If you look, you can see where the problematic frame (the file with the issues) is ig4icd32.dll. The core issue is the 0x44972 frame.

Also, try taking incremental mode out of your launch options. It doesn't play well with dual/quad/multi-core PC/Mac's
