For some reason I cannot start a new game on singleplayer for anything, its always crashing a few moments after load with a similar crash log.

Note This is not the original Tekkit Legends modpack, or else I would have contacted them directly...
Mods added: (I believe this is all...) World Edit, Liteloader, Skinport, morph, galacticraft, enchanting plus, advancedcapes!
also I updated a lot of the mods to the newest 1.7.10 versions.
1. Adding mods to a balanced third-party pack always invites trouble.
2. Your Pastebin link is broken.
3. Start over: either use Tekkit as is, or make your own pack using the mods you want.

Try lowering the render distance.
