i just got a new PC and I installed optifine. But whenever I try to play, the fps is at 0-1 but in the menu, the fps goes up. When I exit the menu, the fps goes back down to 1 or 0. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Pls help, I really want to play.😔

Uninstall optifine, sometimes it just makes everything go slower

Turn down all the settings and post DxDiag.
Uninstall optifine, sometimes it just makes everything go slower
