For around 5 weeks now, I've been having problems with Ping/MS
On AU servers, I'd get around 40 ping. It stays at 40, but throughout a minute, I would go from 40 to 200-280 ping and back down to 40 over about 5 seconds, twice. I like to pvp, so this can be a massive problem and usually causes me to lose.
My internet speed is 25mb DL and 5mb UL.
I haven't made any modifications nor any internet changes, my internet seems to be fine visual wise, I'm not sure if it's the game, my computer, or the internet. halp.
Bring in factors of where your servers is being hosting, if you East US, and you host your server West US you will have around 100 - 120 ping. If you continue to have issue with your internet call your ISP. Do mind they can be doing maintenance on your service that can be slowing it down.

It could just be the server. Have you tried using another server for pvp to test the theory?

My internet can handle other people using the internet.
Not sure about my hardware.
I have 16GB Ram.
I've gone on 5 servers and they all do it.
