I spawned an item into the game (dynamism tablet) and my game crashed.

i know where it is and i know what it is but i cant destroy it because i cant load into the game.

there is no other saves and the autosave is during the crash. I know where the problem is and what the problem is but idk how to fix it.

i know i can uninstall the mod, however that deletes everything to do with it (ores, recipies, unique items).

is there a way to delete a specif item in a game without entering the game itself?
