Now, to be perfectly honest here, I'm not entirely sure if this is even a graphical glitch. But this strange glitch occurs whenever I attempt to touch the ground (literally).
I am using forge version 10.13.4.1448
I've went through the JVM Arguments, and swapped it out for this line of code: -Dforge.forceNoStencil=true
There was no crash report, my game didn't even crash. It just gives me this weird glitch.
