(Not sure if this is supposed to be here, but i couldn't find another place for this. If anyone could tell me where i could post stuff like this, that would be nice.) I'm tying to generate a 171x171x1 platform in water with /fill, and after countless tutorials telling me i need to type the cords of the corners and the block type, and every time I try it, i get "Cannot generate blocks outside of world". I get that every time I try and generate the platform with cords. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
/fill {type in coordinates of the first corner} {then go diagonally across and type in those coordinates} [then enter the type of block you want to fill it with]

/fill is not an unmodded command.

Hi Skyward_Blue, try this.
/fill {type in coordinates of the first corner} {then go diagonally across and type in those coordinates} [then enter the type of block you want to fill it with]
ex. /fill -1317.700 105.873 -275.8264 -121.36457 105.873 -125.37468 gold_block
