Using Minetweaker3 to remove "Unlinked Book" recipe yields a crash.

Note: Using '/mt recipes hand' with an 'Unlinked book' produces "No recipes for this item". (Even though there is one)

Note: NEI is unable display 'Unlinked book' recipe.
