Hello , I'm new to Minecraft . And I have a problem which I don't know is it just me or anyone else have the same issue.

My Current Versions

Minecraft 1.10.2 , Forge 1.10.2-12.18.1.2027 , Optifine 1.10.2 HD U C2 , Java 64-bit Version 8 Update 101 , all at the latest version.

My PC Specs

Processor : Intel Core i5-4460

RAM : 8 GB

Graphics Card : Gigabyte GTX 970

Windows 10 64-bit

Problem

If I use Forge & Optifine together , which I put Optifine.jar file into mods folder and run Forge profile , I didn't get any FPS boost .

Proof that Optifine is running with Forge > Picture.

My Forge profile settings > Picture.

But if I use Optifine profile , which is without Forge , I get FPS boost .

Current Res Packs , Mods & Shaders

My current active Resource packs and their Load priorities > Picture.

My current Mods are none , but only those Forge's own 3 Mods when I use Forge profile > Picture.

My current active Shaders > Picture. (Not SEUS)

FPS Test

1. Forge + Optifine > No Dropped Items on ground (Normal FPS) , Dropped few Items on ground (Big FPS Drop).

2. Optifine without Forge > No Dropped Items on ground (Normal FPS) , Dropped few Items on ground (only few FPS Drop).

Please help .
