Under the options menu, in the video settings, try setting the quality of most things to the lowest possible. The video settings should look something like this:
Graphics: Fast - Render Distance: 2 chunks
Smooth Lighting: Off - Max Framerate: Unlimited
3D Anaglyph: Off - View Bobbing: Off
Brightness: Moody - Clouds: Off
Particles: Decreased - Fullscreen: Off
Use VSync: Off - Mipmap Levels: 4
Use VBOs: Off - Entity Shadows: Off
If it works, then try setting the quality back to what it was. I know this seems like a weird way to fix it, but it worked for my cousin (who hasn't had the problem ever since, by the way). If this doesn't work, use Google to search for other answers. If you don't feel like using Google, or don't find any good answers using it, then perhaps you could try updating your drivers. Also, what operating system do you use? If you tell me, I might be able to give a link to help explain how to update them.
I Fixed Already By Updating 2 Windows 10 But I Kept Tryna But The Figure Out The Answer With Google Then It Would Say I Issued A Illeglal Or Mallformed Request So I Was Like Da Heck So I Went On The Forums
