I AM GETTING TRULY WEIRD LAGG

MINECRAFT HAS LAG SPIKES (STAYS FOR LONG TIME) (NOT RAM PROBLEM)

I TRIED TO ENABLE SHADER PACKS AND I HAD MORE FPS ON SHADERS

WHAT THE HELL?

SPECS:

Intel core i7 4XXXK

Ram : 16gb (minecraft has 2gb)

Graphics: GTX960 (4GB)

AND WHEN I CHECKED TASK MANAGER MINECRAFT WAS USING 7% OF CPU

NOTE: I PLAY CALL OF DUTY BO3 ON MAX ON 40FPS - 50FPS ITS WEIRD

ANOTHER NOTE: MAXING SETTINGS OR LOWERING THEM IN MINECRAFT DOESN'T EVEN AFFECT FPS ATALLL SAME LAG

Tried optifine and not working.. as I mentioned shaders have more fps than normal minecraft which is mind blowing

These drivers update on a 2 week basis.

This isn't an issue with any other hardware in your pc. Only your Graphics Card.

most likely its reinstalling java

by the way.. minecraft uses more cpu than it uses gpu.. maybe doesn't even use gpu atall.. so I don't know what's up
