Zato is right. It is very unlikely that 25.62 whatever is the right address in any case. Why didn't you leave it blank like it really ought to be?
The right address is the (private) IP address assigned to your computer, which generally speaking changes from time to time unless you have configured your router to not do that, or you have a router that uses a fixed algorithm to hand out DHCP addresses.
edit: funny, google thinks that address belongs to the UK Ministry of Defense.

I checked the video frame by frame, the error was a failure to bind to the port.
