So I just updated to Windows 10 (from Windows 7) and previously, my Minecraft was working normally, getting on average about 150fps. However when I updated to Windows 10, I instantly noticed that when I looked around, my frames dropped dramatically (sometimes randomly) to about 10 - 20fps very quickly giving it a somewhat jittery effect. Making it close to unplayable. I would move my mouse slightly, and it was like my screen froze for a millisecond and then making my mouse/crosshair appear much further than I had moved it. This happened randomly and got extremely annoying very quickly.
I from there tried a number of things to try and resolve my issue on my own which made little or no difference:
- Googled and looked at similar problems and their solutions
- Updated Java (now on v. 1.8.0_101, more info here)
- Changed the amount of allocated RAM to Minecraft
- Updated all of my drivers to their latest version for Windows 10 (nVidia & Intel integrated graphics)
- Changed the priority of Java to high
- Set the compatibility mode to Windows 7 for javaw.exe
- Smashed my head against a wall
- Continued to google my problems in hopes in finding other people with the same problem
- Tried on other versions of Minecraft (1.9.2, 1.9.4, 1.10.2)
- Tried with and without Optifine
- Checked for malware with Malwarebytes (in Safe mode)
I suspected my drivers were out of date because of the upgrade to Windows 10 (hence I updated them), but still no results.

What is really strange is that after multiple restarts and trying different solutions it would randomly work (I was able to restart it with it still being able to work). Which I then thought that the solution was successful. However, the next day my computer would revert back to it's laggy state with that jittery effect. This would happen somewhat randomly. One night I was on TeamSpeak with some friends trying to get my Minecraft to run back to normal. Until, I quit off TeamSpeak, it started working back to normal (even though I managed to get it to work normally the night before with TeamSpeak as well as a bunch of other programs open with Minecraft). The next day my Minecraft reverted back to it's jittery state and wouldn't even work as the only program open!
After much hair pulling through these passed three or so days, I still have not found a solution or gotten somewhat close to it.
Any help or advice is MUCH appreciated, thank you.
I updated my graphics drivers just recently and it improved my fps now I'm getting up to 270 fps but then I sometimes still get the frame drops when I look around :/
Are your graphics drivers up to date? You don't have intel integrated to your DxDiag.
Yes I even manually searched for the latest drivers to double check, although, I could try again. Hm, that's interesting, I don't know that's happening.

I have the same problem but it doesn't occur very frequently. Help would be much appreciated.

Curse PremiumAre your graphics drivers up to date? You don't have intel integrated to your DxDiag.
Former everything.
How to get dxdiag
I updated my graphics drivers just recently and it improved my fps now I'm getting up to 270 fps but then I sometimes still get the frame drops when I look around :/

Curse PremiumYes I even manually searched for the latest drivers to double check, although, I could try again. Hm, that's interesting, I don't know that's happening.
