Normally I would blame the fact that you are using an Intel GPU when Shaders Mods thread mentions several times to use Nvidia or AMD GPUs and NOT Intel.
However, I encounter the exact same crash with my 13" Alienware with an Nvidia GTX 960, but only when I have shaders set to "none." I can run SEUS v11.0 just fine, but my crash report is 99% identical when I turn shaders "off" via the shaderpack selection menu.
In your first paragraph you said:
I dont even have any shaders pack installed yet.
I have read somewhere that selecting "none" does not actually turn the shader mod off all the way, so perhaps the temp solution here is to put in and actually use a shaderpack or remove the shader mod entirely.
I am running the following if this helps at all to future posters:
I was also having trouble with my minecraft forge crashing when I tried to run it with the shadersmod in the mods folder.
I also haven't played Minecraft in a while and was therefore used to the old way of installing shadersmod, but it seems times have changed!
If you look in the description on the Shader Mod's website you will see that it now says, "The Shader Mods for Minecraft version 1.9 and up are not compatible with Forge or Optifine." (Which basically means that you can't use shadersmod with forge, and current shadersmod actually just create an independent Minecraft version where no forge is required to run Shaders (You will still need to put all shaderpacks in a shaderpacks folder in your .minecraft directory though)).
But not to fear because I have found a solution!
This video really helped:
But in short, it's actually quite simple to fix.
Instead of putting the shadersmod executable jar file in the mods folder you have to put in an Optifine executable jar file.
So, install forge, run it by itself, make sure that works, exit out of Minecraft then download the current Optifine version (or whichever version your forge is for) and put that in the mods folder in your .minecraft directory. Then run that, make sure it works, and exit out of Minecraft. Next download the shaderpacks you want to use and create a new folder in your .minecraft directory called shaderpacks and drag the zipped shaderpacks in. Next start out Minecraft again and once you are loaded into a world go to Options > Video Settings > Shaders... > And select which shaders you want to use.
You might've figured this out this problem already but I spent a couple hours trying to find a solution-- glad I finally did!
Hope this helps,
