Interesting. Because the crash explicitly states it was generated in a SinglePlayer game.
Also, if it happens when viewing Creative Inventory, then it has absolutely nothing to do with NEI.
But it does mean one of your mods is adding an invalid item. No, there's no info which item/mod.
Weird. My mistake on it being NEI, but I guarantee it is multiplayer which is rather odd as per aforementioned reasons. Now begins the long and repetitive process of adding and removing. Thanks, will update when troubled mod is found.
