My son is interested in using custom commands in Minecraft. We tried three of them from three different authors and all of them just give us a redstone block on top of the command block. Nothing else happens. We are pretty sure something is wrong. Any suggestions?
Here is how we executed the custom command:
1. Found an author's custom command online. Copied and pasted that command. The whole thing (which was super long).
2. Opened up Minecraft (vanilla no mods)
3. Placed the command block
4. Placed a button on the command block
5. hit "u" (we have a mac we could not use right click)
6. pasted in the custom command in the "Console Command" text box
7. Clicked on "Done"
8. Clicked on the button on the command block
A redstone block appeared and nothing else happened.
Thank you so much for your ideas in advance!
