Okay so my operating system is windows 10 and ive been running minecraft for a few months now on it and its been running great. My friends wanted to play pixelmon so i got all the files for it and installed everything like i was suppose to. However, when i started to play my fps went from the nice consistent 60 fps to a consistent 18 fps. i thought this was weird but i figured it was just the mod and was happening to my friends too but then they told me they were running it on 60 and 45 fps. It didnt make sense because my computer is waaaaaay better then what theres is. One of my friends was even using some shitty laptop that he found. So i decided to just delete the mod and everything related to it but now even with the mods uninstalled my minecraft runs at 18 fps. I then uninstalled minecraft and even the .minecraft file. Then i reinstalled them and restarted my computer but still even now it runs at 18 fps. Another weird thing is is that its only minecraft. csgo runs perfect on high settings which is obviously a way more demanding so i dont understand. Same thing with fallout 4. It runs fine. Also, when i first join into a server or something on minecraft my fps is amazing but after about 5 seconds is when the fps just drops. Same thing when i toggle the full screen mode in video settings. When i turn it on or off is stops lagging for about 5 seconds and then goes back to the 18 fps and stays there. Please help, this has been very annoying lol. Thank you!

As in other threads,AMD users who use plays.tv have suddenly suffered an FPS loss.So if you are using AMD,then open task manager and close plays.tv.
