So I have a mid-range gaming PC and for some reason, Minecraft runs as slow as molasses even on the latest version! I have the Intel GPU disable in the BIOS, and it does detect my card properly. It's running at 4 FPS even on a short render distance. This has never happened before.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 285 2GB OC edition (using Crimson Edition drivers)
RAM: 8 GB
Did you run Minecraft on this PC before,or this is the first time?
The plays.tv software that is bundled with AMD drivers has started causing performance problems for some this week.
OK. I quit Plays.tv and now it's running smoothly! Thank you!
