My daughter has pestered me for a while now and I have finally purchased minecraft for her from the Mojang website - we were sent a reciept of payment and link we uploaded this and for all accounts happy for about 8 weeks. NOW after trying all troubleshooting options on their page my daughter can only play DEMO.... and keeps asking us to buy. yet we have a payment receipt. I have emailed the support team more than once with no response.... Not happy is an understatement please help.
Sorry to hear that! Is the correct account selected? On whatever account that minecraft was purchased on/for should allow you to play the full game. If you have more than one account you should check this to make sure. Sorry if you already knew this and I wasn't very helpful

Only Mojang can fix account issues
