This is a very common issue with Intel. Tell your friend to turn on VBO and Vsync. Try to allocate more RAM if possible.

Curse PremiumI told him to do those things, he has 2 GB of RAM devoted as well.
It still crashes him. The weird thing is that some servers he doesn't crash on, and its always random.
Ask if he has the latest Intel drivers. Intel has a auto detector here: https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
