When I get to this point on the launcher, after a few seconds I am unable to click or do anything on it. It usually highlights one of the buttons and it's not frozen as the background still moves..
Its also just on 1.10.2, 1.9 works fine and doesnt do this.

It doesn't crash.. It just sits there like this until I restart it, and it repeats the process :/

Try
Click launcher visibility to keep the launcher open, and goto log when the game doesn't work and post the log, preferably in a spoiler.

Its apparently failing to launch the GPU process.. :I
Im updating my drivers for my graphics card now, already done a reinstall for minecraft just in case.
