It all started after I finished playing GTA V with my friends, after I finished I went to play in my friend realms a little bit.
After joining the realms I found something strange, my fps was really low.
This is pretty weird because I usually play minecraft with shaders (using optifine 1.10.2 c1) at around 70 fps.
I tried to disable shaders but for some reason it only decreased my fps.
I also tried launching vanilla minecraft, logging into a different sever and re-installing minecraft. All of these didn't work.
Note that I still run all other games like Doom and GTA V normally.
I didn't change anything in my computer so I can't see why it happens.
The only "fixes" that i can find for this problem for this problem is alt-tabbing to the desktop and back to minecraft to get the fps back to normal for five seconds, or sometimes (most of the times this doesn't work) when I get killed the fps goes back to normal for a long time (usually until I re-launch minecraft).
Seems like people who have play.tv running have minecraft with low FPS. If you have play.tv try uninstalling it and seeing how your frames are.
Thanks for the reply. I do have plays.tv installed in my pc but it is manual (recording when I say so not always). turning it off seems to fix the problem.
It's wierd because all the other games worked perfectly fine.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
My PC:
I5-4590
MSI R9 280X (with latest crimson 16.6.2 drivers)
8GB ram (4GB dedicated for minecraft)
Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit.
