I used to run SEUS Shaders on multiple versions of Minecraft, and all of the versions I've ran it on have capped out at exactly 20FPS. I've ran it with optifine, and it still caps out at 20. I've turned down all of my graphics settings, and it's still at 20. I also have my fps cap in the actual game at 60, so it can't be that. I don't know what's causing it. Can anyone help?

Do you have switchable graphic cards ?
Nope, But I've played on the computer with a different gpu of the same tier and it's the same performance
