Hello I am 21 years old(not one of these kids aka I have more than common sense) I have played minecraft since beta
recently I had the itch to play some minecraft being as i havent played in a long time
I own 4 minecraft accounts and when i tried to log into them they have disappeared
Mojang even let me create a new account using the Email I migrated the accounts to...
the last time i remember using the accounts was February 2015 when i migrated all of them...
now i come back and they are telling me to find transaction IDs from 6 years ago...
How in the world am i suppose to have a receipt from over 6 years ago. I am not going to spend my time looking for this as since then I have deleted my paypal account and 2 of the accounts were bought using that paypal account and one was gifted to me and the last one i got with a gift code.
Keep in mind it has been 6 years since i purchased these... How can they just delete them????????
I tried emailing and I just keep getting the response of "we cannot help you unless we have transaction IDs"
You will have to find the transaction IDs and speak further with Mojangm ONLY Mojang can deal with account issues
BTW i still have my emails from 2007 (would've been longer but i made mistake on reinstalling windows and didn't backup) so keeping an email from 6 years ago isn't that hard
Paypal will still have your account on record, they legally have to hold onto transactions for a few years, maybe upto 7 years they retain

they are still here^^ but why cant i use them..
You would think they would just resend the damn transaction IDs to the emails that the accounts were migrated to at least.. but nothing..
pls give useful advice
or if anyone has an alt that they dont use please pm me it as I really just want to play offline at least
