I bought minecraft with a prepaid code card from my local walmart on the date shown in the picture. But when I try to upload a skin it only says I haven't bought the game, but I can still download the game again, proving I have. I contacted Mojang support, but they only said nothing was wrong with my account and I have recieved no help.
you are logging into the wrong account, look at the usernames for the minecraft.net screenshot you posted, and the username for the mojang.com screenshot.
log into [email protected] on minecraft.net and you will be ableto upload your skin i bet
this is why Mojang said its not a problem with the account, you are logging into the wrong account
