I've had this issue for a while. It hasn't been able to load any Minecraft version at all. I have already deleted and re-downloaded Minecraft and restarted my computer to see if it would help (it didn't). When I went to the Launcher Log, I saw the individual 'versions &
libraries' that weren't downloading. When I downloaded them separately, I tried to put them into the correct folders myself and it told me that I needed permission for that although I am the owner of the file and folder.
I'm wondering if anyone out there knows how to solve this issue or is having this issue too.
Underneath is an image of a part of the Launcher Log.
If specific parts [(or all of it) I may not be able to] are needed to help me, please let me know.
and if anyone can explain what the difference between the ERROR and WARN that would help too.

Something is messed up with the permissions on your windows profile or some part of it where minecraft stores its files.
