When ever I put vsync, it kinda goes into f8 mode except a weaker/ligher version but its still annoying and it makes your mouse slow... but when I make my fps 10 or lower and leave it like that for 2 mins then switch to unlimited it sky rockets to 150+ fps no lag...
then after 5 mins of that nice smooth fps it because choppy and unplayable but it still runs at high fps... someone help

Okay so basically I have been having MAJOR lag issues with this laptop, the fps is high but it feels no where near smooth, the game play is choppy and is just frustrating.
When I try vsync its feels like F8 but f8 isnt even on...
I also found a trick, If I lock my fps at 10 or 5 for about 2 mins then go to unlimited its smooth and playable but only for about 5 mins,

Turn some of the Video settings down, like: 1) Turn Fast to Fancy. 2) Turn ParticlesAll to Decreased. 3) Turn Renderdistance from any to 8 (recommended). 4) Turn VSyncoff.
2.
Disable V-Sync
3.
Don't put your FPS MAX to Unlimited. Put it on a number (80-100)
what is the RAM on your computer and the RAM minecraft is set to use?

There is one God. The creator of the heavens and the earth, who sent his son down to earth to save us... he loves you and he's pursuing you. Return to him.

try reducing the RAM you have allocated. The lag spikes could be triggered by your minecraft trying to delete the information that it has and regain new. In other words the launcher will fill up with information, and when that information is full, it will erase it and create more. This is not the case in some computers however, you may want to take it up to 6 and see if that works.
EDIT: Try changing this in your video settings:
Take your render distance down, turn of apostrophic filtering if it's on, turn graphics to fast and smooth lighting off.

Actually putting he maxi fps to unlimited causes less lag because it doesn't have to focus on an fps to stop at, it even says that

Also, it might just be your computer generally being slow. Try running disk cleanup as an admin and delete everything it recommends, and run Windows Memory Diagnostics to run tests on the ram. If that doesn't work you might have a GPU or CPU problem. Has your computer ever been dropped or bent?
