You need to give us more info to get a specific answer:
Do you have MC bought?
Are you logged in MC when starting?
If you have these steps as yes,try migrating your MC account to your Mojang account.I know some people who fixed similar problems with this.
Also,it seems like you had MC before and uninstalled it?Are you sure your MC account is working?
