I just downloaded the PC version for my son and cannot open the game and am not sure how to pinpoint or resolve the issue. I followed some of the steps after the crash and got to this point. Does this make sense to anyone to explain to me how to proceed. Thank you!
Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 8 or earlier, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.
Thank you for your reply. Sorry I am still lost. I am using a desktop. How do I go about upgrading my graphics hardware? Do I need to buy something? Update a driver?
If you have to ask how to upgrade the hardware in a computer then best you take the computer to an IT specialist who can look inside the case and work out what it can take.
you can't upgrade a drive as there are no drivers for your hardware
