I just am at a loss... this system should be able to run this game with the worlds best shaders, but I cannot manage to get 4FPS out of it. I can get 60 FPS with 4k textures on ultimate graphics from GTA V out of this thing, but somehow minecraft just eats itself alive

Messing with every single freaking video setting there is
Nothing changes whether its on bad graphics or ultimate everything you can have....
So I dont know if someone can help me, i have wasted enough time reading 5 year outdated google search results to give me a migrane....
System specs are
Intel Core I7 4710HQ 2.50GHZ stable OC to 3.5GHZ
16GB ram
Nvidia GT980M 4gb
Windows 7
