My minecraft icon in my taskbar looks like a blue circle with four black squares in a upside down T-shaped position

That is the LWJGL icon. Did you delete the .minecraft portion in the %appdata% folder? If so the game seems to default to that icon once it loses it's icon. Not sure how to fix that other than do a complete reinstall.

Lately, I just started playing minecraft again, but seems some stuff are broken just for me.
Everyones skins are Steve, the normal skin, and when I open up minecraft, I see that only for me the icon for it is different..
this is the icon in my taskbar:
can someone please tell me something to do to fix this?

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
So, I just remove .minecraft then go download minecraft again?
Did it, and nothing changed.. I still have everyone as steve skins and the same icon
Please help
