Okay so I have been playing on a server for a long time. After playing on it I got a constant 60-70ms, but suddenly I've been getting 90-140ms. I've asked the mods on the server if they moved the host, and they said no. I have a friend who lives in the SAME state and SAME town. My friend lives on the same block as me, but he gets 50ms to the server and I don't know why. I have done speed tests and everything comes out normal or close to it. Here are my results: https://gyazo.com/e97805f86b2733c43614d0d44d619293
My Download is usually 150mbps, and my upload is sometimes 20mbps.
Now what I don't understand is, my friend gets 10mbps Download and 3mbps Upload, yet he gets better ms?
Some things people have suggested and I have done, but none worked
I still don't understand why his is lower than mine? We live in the same state, town and block.
There are a plethora of things that could degrade responsiveness - you guys are on two different networks with different devices. Physical proximity has nothing to do with it. Heck, I could have a computer in the other room connected with a different provider and thus end up with a totally different route to the same destination.

-ipconfig /flushdns
-Delete 1.8 and make a fresh one
-Unplug Modem/Router for 30s
-Restart Computer
Edit: I've used speed test again and here are the results: https://gyazo.com/452d607cccb7f6121180bba86f42e483

Everything seems fine until line 7, a little bit of 8 and same thing that happen to 7 happened to 12.
I don't know what happened, but now my ping has gone back to normal. Do you think it could have been a pole down somewhere? lol
