It seems like ever since 1.9.4 or so (now on 1.10), my game has randomly been crashing. It will load Minecraft and you can even login to a server or load a single player game but after a few minutes or even as long as hours it will randomly crash and show a Java crash report in the launcher window. They all appear to say around he same thing.
I have tried to do everything I can think of to fix it. I have tried uninstalling the launcher and reinstalling it, tried using the old launcher which required you to have Java installed, did all recommended Windows updates, using the latest and greatest graphics card driver, and even individually tested each stick of ram that I have installed and nothing seems to help. Last night I had 3 crashes one right after the other, probably an hour or so apart. Google searches haven't help either.
Sometimes the game will freeze and ctrl+alt+delete won't even bring up the task manager to try and end the game. When this happens, it will either sit there frozen for hours or it will get a blue screen of death and the computer will restart after the BSOD. At this point I've ran out of things to do to try and fix it and decided to reach out for help with it.
I have several error reports but I will post the most recent.
I ran each stick of RAM individually and there was still the same error and it blue screened and froze a couple times when running either stick so if it's RAM, they both would have to be bad. Kind of leaning towards that it may not be the RAM.
My processor heatsink is sort of dusty, i haven't cleaned it out since i've built the computer which has been a couple years. I'm not sure that it's getting hot enough to cause issues but i'll try anything at this point.

That crash implicates hardware. It's a crash in the JVM internals, nothing to do with Minecraft, and is either a JVM bug or corruption in RAM or disk.
I supposed there's a slight chance that a device driver corrupted the JVM memory, but I'm not sure that's possible.

overheating and/or overclocking can cause symptoms like this as well

you did use thermal paste on the heat sink when you built the computer?
