It seems like you have some huge lag spikes. You could try optifine, it really helps to remove those ugly lagspikes. Or you can allocate more RAM to your minecraft and maybe it will run smoother then. And are ..
my game freezes time after time and my gameout put says:

To allocate more ram to minecraft you pick 'edit profile' in the launcher, check JVM arguments and put in there:
-Xmx2G
This will allocate a maximum 2G of ram to your minecraft. (If you want your minecraft to use at least 1G you can type the following: -Xmn1G)
Tnx man! but i already use optifine and allocated 3G..
What i did find was a switched chunk so i downloaded mcedit and deleated that chunk, and a some land i only walked on once..
after doing that my game freezed again..
saying: Tried to add entity Cow that already exists with UUID ...ect
now i heed to figure out how to kill that cow using a command i guess.
