Alright, just so I don't get misunderstood, I'll explain a bit first: I've recently switched to a new router and LAN worlds worked just fine before switching. Whether or not this has anything to do with the issue I don't know, but this router makes each ethernet connection into its own "network". This may be misunderstood, so I'll go into more detail. The computer I'm using says that it's connected to "Network 4". It's wired into the router. The other computer in the room, also wired into the router, says that it's connected to "Network 3". When I open the LAN world, the computer sees it, but can't join. The connection just times out after about 30 seconds. The problem is, the world usually doesn't appear at all on the other computer. This can't involve mods, because it cannot see the LAN world even on Minecraft 1.9 or 1.10. There isn't any crash or anything, so no log. This is probably the wrong forum to post the topic in, but I don't think there are any other places I could have posted it.
If anyone can help me, that would be great.
Edit: The router is an ASUS RT-N66U if that helps.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? (Bump)
Last bump. Then I'll search somewhere else.
