Through the past couple days of getting my minecraft account back something strange is happening. When playing minecraft (usually pvping and hungergames servers) when someone hits me i dont get knocked back. I don't know why this is happening and have already been banned from 2 servers because of "Anti Knock Back Modifcations". The only mods that I have are Optifine 1.8, TMI 1.8, and better sprint 1.8, (all running on forge). If someone knows why this may be happening or maybe if its one of my mods please tell me i don't want to get banned from any more servers.
Apparently 1.8 better sprint has bugged knockback. Or atleast it did on Badlion a while ago. Not sure if it still does but it might. Instead use togglesneak for 1.8 which has toggle sprint built in.
I found out that it only happens in multiplayer servers in single player when i put a zombie or anything and it hits me i get knocked back but still not multiplayer i dont get knocked back also i dont understand what you mean use togglesneak it has toggle sprint built in to it
ToggleSneak is a different mod. If you want to do PvP, don't use BetterSprint, it's known to cause problems like the one you're having. They both perform some of the same functions, but they are coded differently. ToggleSneak updated to your version can be found here: link. Scroll down past the screenshots and find the version you're looking for. This edition of togglesneak is made specifically to allow toggling crouch without breaking the rules of many PvP servers.
thank you for the replies but i cant seem to get toggle sneak to work or im just not using it correctly if you know how to use it or have used it before can you please help me use it because i have no idea (i looked at the instructions on the site they didnt make sense)

Glad to hear it's working now. For future reference, you might want to learn how to do a clean install of forge and all that. You'll want to get the windows installer (the .exe version) of the exact forge version you're looking for, and run that. Then, run Minecraft with that forge version without any mods. Then try adding your mods or adding any other tweaks, like liteloader.

I don't completely remember what to do but try getting Forge.
For 1.8 I suggest getting this: 1.8-Forge11.14.1.1334
Then get PlayerAPI-1.8.1.0 & ToggleSneak-(1.8)-v3.1.1
