I am currently using Minecraft 1.7.10 with recommended Forge and a variety of mods. I've noticed the watering can from Extra Utilities is not showing its particles when it is used unless it is raining. The only mods that I have that modify the weather are Better Rain and Local Weather & Storms. All particles are active. Nothing shows in the console related to this issue.
