In version 1.9.2, my graphics completely glitch out when I load up a world. Sometimes they fix themselves when I reload the world, but they come back when I break a block. I've already tried resetting my graphics settings. The only mod I use is OptiFine.

Well...
1. Go to desktop
2. Right the minecraft icon.
3. There should be a section called " Run with graphicprocessor"
4. Click on that
5. Choose the NVIDIA processor

I turned off anti aliasing, and that worked!
