So, I've had my computer for 2 years and it's always had Mobile Intel® 45 Express Chipset Family which had OpenGL 1.5. I got Windows 10 and it downgraded my PC to OpenGL 1.0. I eventually downgraded back to Windows 7, but it didn't fix it. Any Suggestions?
