I have tried repeatedly to fight with Minecraft all day.. I have tried to go back to 1.9, even 1.8 for adventure maps, my realm, multiplayer, and single player. It crashes every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled java, so 32-bit and 64-bit are both up-to-date. I even made a new profile, crash. I even deleted Minecraft! Crash. I have seen all of those broken graphic card things and followed the steps, still nada. Here is the Crash Report:
After
many hours of struggling because it kept crashing "Java(TM) platform SE
binary has stopped working", the only fault is because of the
intergrated intel graphic card. If your computer has 2 card, for example
a Intel onboard card and a Nvidia card, you just need to Disable the
Oboard card. Do like this ( win 8.1):
+ Right click on "My
computer" icon > Manage > device manager > display adapter >
( right click on the Intel Onboard card) > Properties > Driver
> Disable > Apply > Ok.
That's it, because no other
way have worked. I tried to update both of my Graphic cards, in vain.
"Debugging by Visual studio", nah. Re-install, nope. Turn on VBO, giving
the computer 2 GB RAM, still not working. Believe me, the only way left
is to disable the Onboard graphic card if you have a better Graphic
card. It's not a great sacrifice anyway.
ps: it's funny when
it crash even when I played as older update, like 1.9.4, so after
updateto 1.10, even if you play it or not, if it crash on your 1.10 then
it will crash on all of your older builds.
Okay, I did the 2GB RAM thing, but it still crashed saying it can't keep up (screenshot 1). Now it is not even giving me a report, just crashing (screenshot 2). So I followed what you posted and the only adapter showing up for me is Intel(R) HD Family Graphics.
Try launching Minecraft with 1.10 and try downgrading to 1.9 too to make sure they both work. If it doesn't work, can you provide your options.txt file with 1.10?
No idea what I did, but I opened up Minecraft again, turned off VBO and something else, turned Render Distance to 5, turned down master volume, and now I can play, but with a ton of lag. Which is soooo much better than not being able to play at all. And I can play in 1.8.6 (for the adventure map I was playing), with a tiny bit of lag. Still open for suggestions to see how to make it run better.

Try this if nothing else works.

Undo whatever you previously did, and load up the world with 1.10 again just to make sure the config has been updated with the new 1.10 options.
Then press Win + R and in the prompt, enter the following in exactly and press "OK":

VSYNC was the other thing I turned off.
