My minecraft lags when I play in full-screen! How can I fix this!? I get like 15 FPS! I do not want to play in small screen! HELP!

My video settings are very low. That doesn't help!
For example:
Graphics: Low
Smooth Lighting: Off
Clouds: Off
Fog: Off
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz 2.93 Ghz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.48 GB usable)
System type: 32-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
I have OptiFine, but what do you mean?
I keep my render distance to 8 (default).
My video settings are low. My graphics is fast.
